      The yoga sessions by Nabeela are very good. She is very regular with them and professional too. I hired her to maintain the general fitness which I successfully achieved. The charges are a bit high but it is worth taking her sessions. She has a full knowledge of her profession. Nice sessions.

      I am a beginner in Yoga, been here for a little more than a month and I can't believe the difference it has already made to my life! My friends recommended postures studio highly and for good reason. Nabeela is an excellent instructor. What sets her class apart from others is her personal interest in making you perform better + each class is packed with surprises. In my 30 sessions here, there isn't a single class that is exactly like another. Each class is intense: based on technique, skill and science and everyone who attends them are humble and supportive of each other. I look forward to attending every week day :)

Despite being a professional Yoga teacher , Dr Vikas is also one of the good human beings we have come across. He listens patiently to the problems faced by an individual (physical as well as emotional) and then designs the course of yoga for that individual. The best things is he progresses & proceeds gradually through the Yoga sessions which gives individual enough time to learn and understand the Asanas and Pranayam techniques properly along with its benefits.

    I was waiting for her to take some additional effort to know about my lifestyle and then recommend exercises but she started with basic yoga workout. She is polite and hears you out but I felt there was no explanation given on what yoga asans are we doing and why are we doing it.
