I was looking for a reliable physio who can recommend exercise for my dad's frozen shoulder. She listened to the conditions of his symptoms carefully and decided what the best alternative was. After two weeks of exercise at home , the severe pain was substantially reduced. The best part is without any exercise equipment available at home, she manages with whatever household things available around. If you're looking for a competent and kind physio for your frozen shoulder, I would highly recommend Arpana.
