He is technically sound, can identify issues correctly.But the area which needs improvement is his punctuality and commitment to his when. in my case , he gave me time 4 times, defaulted every time and finally came after 5th time ( escalated to UC) . after that work done is good no doubt. so deducting 1 star. in my first work, I gave him 5 *. this time 4*.
