    I take her training thrice a week and her workouts are a lot of fun. At the beginning I had told her that my goal is to become stronger and more flexible, and not just lose weight. And she understood that and takes workouts that are aimed at strengthening the core, and involving a wide range of muscles. No two workouts are ever the same and are so much fun that an hour just flies by. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to explore a wide variety of exercises and get fitter every week.

    I hired her as my nutritionist for weight reduction. It's been three months that I am consulting her and I have already lost 1-2 kgs. She gave me the proper easy diet plan and also suggested me many exercises for the better health. I followed her diet seriously and saw the positive results. She was known to me, and she is always approachable. She suggested me to eat the sweets in the morning which can easily be digested, and I likes the way she explains everything. I had some skin issues also, and after consulting her, I saw improvement in them too. I think the prices she charges for her consultation is fair.
