Aakash is an awesome personal trainer! I have worked with him for 13 months over the last two years and achieved not only fat loss, but great improvement in strength and stamina. Sandeep was my general fitness trainer at the gym. He had a variety of exercise patterns and has great knowledge about his feild. He charged 8k per month for 12 sessions and devoted a lot of time in me. He also gave me extra tips, and on non-exercise days he keeps guiding me.

What to say and what not to say!!! I have hired trainers from urban clap earlier as well but no one as motivating as Parag. He will pull u out from ur sluggish routine, pump u with confidence and will surprise you with his innovative methods of training. The moment one feels comfortable with one exercise, he will introduce a twist and here u are.. sweating and panting. Awesome trainer. Well well done

We were looking for a personal trainer at home for my family (parents, wife and me). We obtained Pankaj's services through UrbanClap. We had a great experience working out with him. Pankaj is very thorough at his job. He deligently spent time understanding everyone's goals. Then he studied our diets. I had never expected something that I decided to try out, will become a big part of my daily routine. I am a guy who is overweight, out of shape and to make it worse, have a very stressfull client to work for and a very odd work schedule. Also, I am really not a fan of working out at a Gym. Always prefer an outdoor activity or something done in full privacy. This concept of Urban Clap of offering Personal Training at Home not only ticked all my boxes, but also introduced me to my first trainer and a new friend - RIYAZ BHAI !!! :) - the kind or trainer whom I always imagined/wanted to work out with... On the first day, he identified my weak points in the body and helped me to set a long term goal - a goal that is needed , not something that I wanted based on the half baked knowledge that we usually gather from the internet. He shares a lot of knowledge and rationale behind every exercise that he makes me do. It is because of this that I feel intrigued in what I am doing and that motivates me big time. He has profound knowledge of human body and fitness and understands challenges that beginners encounter. In my starting sessions, he worked with me for almost 2-3 hrs just to ensure that I learn and understand the technic. Carries a huge tank of patience and understands that everyone has their own pace of learning . Because of him, I now have a hope of getting myself into a healthy lifestyle and a desire to strive for it. I am already seeing results - doing things that I could only imagine before ( staying in plank position for a minute in just 10 days ;)) Moreover, he is a very nice human being and a great friend. To conclude, I'd say Riyaz Bhai is the guy one should look out for. I highly admire his style of work and feel grateful.
I had trial session scheduled with Pankaj..i quite liked the session and subscribed pankaj for 12 more sessions..He knows his work and tries to do a logical analysis of your body in terms of endurance, stamina ,strength etc. to develop a workout plan.
