We were looking out for wedding photographers and shortlisted two. WeddingLocks was one of them.
We had a chat over whatsapp wherein sagar shared some of his past coverages and we were satisfied by his work.
We set up a meeting where Sagar walked us through the old clients coverages and the deliverables.
He offered us compilmentary poster size photograph and calendar. Since we refused, he politely offered us complimentary pre wed photo shoot and short cinematography video.
After a comforting conversation we blocked the dates with Sagar.
We had a deal of 1 traditional, 1 candid, 1 videographer, 2 days (12 hrs), 20 conceptual HD photos, 2 different albums, 2 pre wed shoot locations, short cinematography video and all raw and edited photos.
The results of pre wed with Ashish Kadam were good. The amount of enthusiasm Sagar showed on pre wed, made us believed in our decision more.
The edited photos were immediately shared over whatsapp.
Our ordeal started with the wedding day.
There was a clear misunderstanding by what time the photographers had to stay.
We received the raw photos on the second day itself. We were unhappy with the work of candid photographer. The candids were the same traditional photos.
We shortlisted the photos for two separate albums and shared over google drive.
The guy had a hard time downloading over google drive. He asked us to courier the pen drive with photos. We were disinclined to send personal photos over courier.
After a week or two, he somehow managed to download the photos.
He sent over the pictures to the photo studios and after some rectifications, the pfs were ready to print.
On delivery, we received two similar albums. The guy didn't even verified the album contents before delivery. One album had a page missing, other had a defective print
We submitted the two albums back.
After prolonged chasing for 5 months we finally received one proper album/videos/raw photos.
The one album which is to be corrected, is not yet delivered.
Upon contacting, the guy is just promising false dates.
There seems to be no professional commitment.
We had an unpleasant experience with them and will not recommend WeddingLocks.
