I've been training with Sabir for over two years. Of all the trainers I've worked with, he is the only one who has been able to put together a workout program that was well thought out and is different with each session. He takes a goal-oriented approach to training. I've shed quite a bit of weight as I wanted and much more energetic through the course of the day. He knows how to motivate and push you to get to your goals.
