I started working out in the gym 6 years ago and Sandeep was my trainer..Being new to the gym ,i couldnt have asked for a better trainer..he planned my workouts as per my requirement and the results soon started to show..the workouts were innovative and the training programme kept changing aftr 4-6 weeks..My overall experience with him was very satisfactory and i am really grateful to him for all the knowledge he has passed on to me.

Abhishek sir has expertise in yoga. He understood my issue of slip disc and scatika, and according gave the excerises and pressure points. After few sessions I really felt better and problem seems vanishing. He is a very helpful.
I don't have time for these extra curricular activities. "If you don't have 10 minutes for your body and won't practice regularly, don't hire any yoga instructor because you will be wasting money. Anything that you are taught, you will need to make it a habit", is what this instructor had told me. Wonderful teacher, instructor and practitioner. I appreciate his understanding and knowledge of the body, muscles, organs and techniques. I feel happy now, light and relaxed. Yoga, like any other exercise needs to be slowly stepped into. Body needs to adapt to the forms and muscle stretches. Breathing techniques, mind synchronisation and relaxation techniques. I have come across various yoga instructors and students alike who will want to practice the extreme exercise forms right from the first day. Perhaps you are excited, but is your body ready? You must prepare the body for exercise at the pace it is comfortable at. He talks during the exercises. Using stories and metaphors to explain the process. In Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) this is called anchoring. Linking the mind to a physical form or gesture. This is one of the successful techniques used in many therapies. And he, knowingly or unknowingly does it. I was quite impressed right the first day when i noticed it. I waited for a month to form a judgement of my yoga instructor and post a review. Mr.Mehta introduced me into yoga techniques quite gradually so that my body opens up and adapts without muscle tear, cramps, discomfort or pain. I practice yoga to get rid of my migraine - which triggers off everyday or every second day. There are different triggers to my migraine - hyperacidity, stress and lack of sleep. I mentioned to him my reason of taking up yoga during our first interactive session. He has been calmly working towards alleviating my suffering through breathing patterns, muscle stretches, blood circulation and fixing my day-to-day habits. This last month, I've had a migraine attack only 3 times! I'm a very happy person now!
