  We suggest that the parts of the equipment to be replaced should be couriered to customers' site directly by the company as we do not have any information or knowledge about how and from where they are acquired. We are not satisfied with the explanation given by the technician with regard to the genuineness of the parts replaced. Estimates provided by him were lower than the actual costs of the parts displayed on the app. We are surprised that the technician is demanding five 🌟 rating.

  I booked a mechanic for my washing machine repair. The booking charge is 249 which is acceptable and the mechanic change the belt as per rate card upto this it is ok but when the bill generated it shows 650. From my calculation it is 599 but when I find it is 150 more then the mechanic explain it is Labour charge. Which is not acceptable. For what purpose it charge I can't understand. I am ready to pay the labour charge but when it charge genuinely and logically. My case I can't find it. To replace a belt is very minor job and it must be including in visiting charge if the job is a major one with time consuming then you hsve logic to charge extra. So what I think it is a systematic way to cheat the customer on labour charges. I never expected such a cheap approach from the UC. At Last I can say the UC dispointed me.
