    He has put a new tap for our Aquaguard sensa. And he charged 651/- for that whereas everywhere its Rs. 200-300/- in the market and he didnt have the receipt of the tap too. And the tap was also not fitting properly into the Aquaguard although is manageable.

    The service quality was decent. However I have noticed that Urban Clap does not provide any bill for the new fittings installed. In future I expect to also get the bill of the items that are being replaced or fitted. This is to ensure that customers are not charged more than the market price of these fittings.
