I wanted to lose weight and get back in shape, so I hired him as a personal trainer at Navtej Gym in Panvel. It's been two months since I've been training under him and I've lost four kgs. The sessions were conducted on time and were of two hours each. He was very friendly and used to interact well with me and also used to motivate me to work hard and reach my goal. He used to change the exercise schedule according to my body requirements and also suggested me what to eat in how much quantity. He knows about every body part and how the activity will affect the body. His charges were fair.
My main goal while hiring him as my personal fitness trainer was to lose weight and for physical fitness. He was very punctual and used to meet me at sharp 5:30. It met him at the gym where I used to do my workout, and then I hired him as my trainer. We used to workout at the intent fitness centre. and the sessions were conducted for one to one and a half hour. I was 81 kg, but within three weeks his training helped me a lot, and I was able to lose almost 4 kg. He gave me the diet plan according to my needs, and he was very knowledgeable. My overall experience with him was good, and I saw the change in me. He paid his complete attention to me. The amount he charged for his training was reasonable, and I would like to recommend him to others.

I had hired Snehal as a personal fitness trainer. It was mainly for a regular fitness. She used to be very punctual with her timings and came up with different exercises daily so that I wouldn't get bored with the activities. It was my first experience with a fitness trainer, and it was great, I have got satisfied results.
