I hired Zara Shaikh as my trainer, and she knows a lot of exercises which helps a person lose weight. She is well informed and teaches well. It is not just the gyming that makes you fit but also the right food you eat. Diet matters a lot, and she gave me the diet plan, she was professional, and you can give her a chance because she is good in his work. She trains me 12 days a month, and she is charging Rs5000 for that which I find little odd. Stretching after a body pain was the best, and you can give her a chance because she is dedicated and motivates you.
I had hired Zara Shaikh as my personal fitness trainer. She is knowledgeable and trains you according to your body, like what kind of diet plan and exercises must be designed for a particular person. She trains me in the mantra gym, and I am planning to appoint her again after I get back from Delhi. I had weight loss training, and I lost 15kgs in 45 days. It was not only the training but diet as well. The amount I paid was worth paying. She trains me alternate days in which I do cardio with weight training. He is an amazing fitness coach!! For regular fitness, I joined him when I met him at the gym. It's been six months, and I am happy with his training, and he is working hard on me.He is very down to earth coach, helpful, patient. young, knowledgeable and he never gives up. He keeps on changing his schedule which is really good and always ready with a new exercise plan..gave me a good diet plan which is easy to follow. He also gives battle robe, kickboxing which no other trainers provide. He is not money minded, and his fees are also very reasonable. Also, being women I am very comfortable working with him :):)

He was training at talwalkar's gym. I hire him as a personal trainer. he helped me in weight loss. 3 classes were held in a week. he was very dedicated and had great knowledge about his profession. he trained me in variety of exercises and also taught me power yoga. I am taking fitness training from Kishor Salunke. I had a good experience with him. I go to Life Fitness gym, Mumbai regularly and have hired Kishor as a personal trainer for weight loss. He is a very friendly and happy natured person, and I have been taking his sessions for the past two months, regularly for one and a half hours each. He made me do all kinds of exercises. He has given me a diet chart, but I am not able to follow it due to my schedule. I will recommend them to others.
He's a good trainer. His workouts plans and diet plans are very effective and easy to follow. This helped me in so many ways to reduce weight and to increase my stamina.
