    I had given a shawl for cleaning they didn't remove the label from it and now when I try to remove it, it's leaving sticky patch. It's common sense they should have done it before only. plus there is always delay in delivering the clothes. the packaging is also not that great. the clothes do look clean but don't smell really great.
