    The technician visited and in 2 mins he asked that the AC condenser is rusted and need to be replaced. No work has been done but he has charged the visiting fees of Rs 249/- . We think the visiting fees should not been charged as no work intitiated and the work completed within two mins after started. Even the technician didn't open the AC vent..
