I have been Shuvam Chakraborty for the last one month. He is very hardworking and walks along with the client. He makes you do the workout and also gives you a diet chart. He knows how to push your limit and motivates you throughout. I train under him at the gym as a personal trainer. I took his classes regularly for one or one and a half hour. He started my exercises with cardio and then moved my o weight lifting. The Gym I train at is a CrossFit gym, so e takes to different ways to train me. He made the diet chart with some necessary food items, and some of them are the items are of my preference. Initially, i thought his charges were high, but now I think they are worth the service. When he trains me, his complete attention is upon me, which is the best part. I will recommend his services to others.
