the repair is not done still the cistern is leaking. i paid 120/- extra for the washer which he said he installed but still water is leaking. he is giving vague excuses. i am sure the plumber is inexperienced and my charges paid is wastage.in case the repair is not done what do you do? refund the charges or send experienced plumber ? please let me know. thanks
