  I would recommend united relocation and storage. Out of the mover and packers I connected with, the owner of united.. was most responsive. The staff who came to my kolkata location were warm and friendly. None of my household items fragile et all were in the slightest spoilt; with one exception; the paint at the outer foldings of my white wrought iron bed was chipped. My dad said the wrapping of the bed had to be removed before they could bring it up to our apmnt and that could have caused it. Apart from that issue the move was perfect.

  It was a good experience.. The price was less as compared to others...they were 5 members altogether and completed the work In a day itself which was Grt as the distance to be transferred was 180 kms... Started off at 9 in the morning and finished unloading at 11 night... I wish my wardrobe had not suffered scratches... Overall I ll haven't unpacked anything yet.. So yet to see.... Till now things seem fine... We had to pay them a bit extra ...as tip.. And that's fine... Till my things are good... So for 180 kms loading and unloading overall with taxes it took 18500.. Which aint less.. But lesser compared to other movers and packers... Will update the review once I see my belongings... Attaching image of packed items

  When Mr. Salil Sinha first came to give his quotation,he informed us that he will be sending two trucks but on the day of shifting ,he sent only one medium sized truck.So 1st impression was only bad.If you do not have that many number of vehicles,you should not bluff before the customer.It creates a negative impression .Now coming to packing part,though 6 guys were there to do the packing,loading and unloading but the way,they shifted the goods,it was not at all in a proper way.One of their boys damaged the roller of one wooden cabinet.Even some house hold goods were damaged.While putting the furnitures in one of the rooms,they damaged one side wall.Utensils were damaged even packing was not good.The way they were packing it seems they are still new in this logistics field.Some old utensils were packed with woollen clothes though we asked them not to pack like that. Lastly at the time of booking,Mr. Sinha told that he will send two guys to help us in arranging the goods in their respective places to which he vehemently denied after unloading the goods in the new place.Sir,we have not asked for that service but it was you who have promised to us.So please do not make false promises.When we insisted,then he said he will send one guy. And please do instruct your guys not to ask for tips.I can understand that it is quite a tedious job and requires quite a good amount of physical strength but we have already paid you quite a high amount of Rs 14500 for shifting goods just for a mere distance of 1.2 kms. Being the owner of the company,you should make sure that your guys are paid adequately.There is no harm in paying tips but that can be paid only when your service is excellent. Hope next time you take care of all the loop holes you have in your service offerings to the customer.
