    I contacted him in the gym and hired him as my personal trainer to lose weight. He conducts sessions for six days in a week, and each session is for one and a half hour. He has divided my exercises, and he regularly changes my exercises. I take BCAA during the workout, and he is very knowledgeable. Also, his training charges are very reasonable, and I would like to recommend him to others.

    He's my fitness trainer, and I am still training with him. I wanted to lose weight, and I used to attend sessions on alternate days. My experience has been great with him, and he used to make me do cardio and weight training. Whenever I used to feel body pain, he suggested me exercises and ways to treat it. He also gave me diet plans that were quite helpful. He was punctual and was always ready to change the timings of the class in case I had to go somewhere. His charges were fair, and I've recommended his name to others.
