Srinivas is very dedicated and knowledgeable trainer. He knows his job !! He trains me without instruments as that was my requirement and he has done a great job. I lost inches in 2 weeks. If we do the exercises as he guides us then nothing can stop us from losing weight and be toned. He has helped me with a diet chart as well. Though I did not follow the diet I still lost inches ...yay!! He is a great trainer and very decent. Plan to exercise with him for as long as I can. read more
