    Binod Kumar has been teaching me yoga for some time now. My experience with him has been pretty good. I wanted to learn yoga for general fitness. He is very polite and good to talk. He was referred to me by a common friend. He is teaching me various asana like Shav Asana, Surya Namaskar, etc. The sessions usually last for 45 mins. I am able to achieve my fitness goal and maintain myself with his help. He also taught me meditation which helped me to relax also. I am paying me Rs4000 per month for about ten to twelve classes. He is very flexible and adjusting towards the timing and classes. He has a very good knowledge of yoga, and I am very happy with his work.
