    This year January I took a short training from Promod. in a span of 2 weeks i learnt alot about various asanas. he is a very spiritual person and an amazing guide. Our class used for be for 2 hours each which covered alot of things everyday. he charged me 2000 for 2 weeks which was quite reasonable too.
