Around 1 year ago i started training under Mr. Amit. I wanted to lose weight. I hired him as my fitness coach upon reference from a friend. He is very punctual and efficient. Very hardworking also. We trained with dumbells, exercise balls, etc. He is extremely motivating in nature. I was given some diet instructions as well.I would love to refer him to others as well.
