I used to go to Gold gym but the effect I felt while training under him was much better. I went to him for fitness and workouts suggested by him was according to that. He understands the requirements and then suggests workouts accordingly. He knows his work well and is very professional in his approach.

Om is my personal trainer. I go to 'Crunch' gym. I mostly do cardio. In one month I had lost around 4 kgs. He is very supportive and keeps motivating me. He charges Rs.500 per sessions, and it is totally worth it. He is much better than my previous trainers.

According to me Suramrit is the best trainer that you can find for work out. You get results very soon under him. I work out in Guys and Divas gym under him he helps me with weight lifting and cardios, apart from this every day I get a new exercise. I would consider him different from others as other trainers insist you to take supplements, and he never relies on supplements. The results that I got are all natural and without supplements. He shared diet plans as well and I achieved my goal in a span of 3 months. I would surely recommend him to others.
I had a good experience working out under Suramrit in Kaaya gym . It was the first time when I joined a gym under a trainer and I have been working out under him for over 2 years now. He gave me sessions for almost 6 days in a week and the duration is all up to me, he never asks me to leave and I manage my sessions as per my work schedules. I have become more active now and have improved the stamina. He gives diets but I do not follow them much, I burn excess calories during the work out only.
