    I joined La fitnesse gym for 2 months where Mr. Amjad was my personal trainer. I joined gym as i wanted to lose weight initially 62kgs that i wanted to shed. Mr. Amjad helped me throughout 2 months and gave me personal training in which he focused on my weight loss plus strength development. The exercises which he used to make me do were quite beneficial.     Mr Vijendra Tank was a well talented fitness trainer I had hired him from urbanclap for fitness training purpose . He was a good mentor and was excdellent in providing fitness training. He provided me with good workout plans which were easy to manage and were as per expected . Due to some exercises he guided caused me with some pain so I discontinued the service but as a professional he was nice and took Rs 5000 for 16 sessions .
