I have joined a personal fitness gym where Puran Sigh is the fitness trainer. I wanted to gain weight and achieve overall fitness. Regular basis training was given for seven to nine months. My stamina improved with a different set of exercises. A flexible diet was suggested from him. He is humble, well behaved and knowledgeable. Updated and aware about the latest training techniques. Sir always made me comfortable and helped me to put more efforts in achieving results sooner.
I had a brilliant experience from Puran Singh fitness trainer at a gym for personal fitness. Being a wrestler, I have to maintain a certain level of physical fitness. The physical training given were apt and adequate for maintaining fitness. Regular training session lasted for one to two hours for weight training. He is punctual and professional in his work. Puran also supported and kept me motivated suggesting flexible diet chart which helped me achieve results in a stipulated time.

He knows a lot about what he does and keeps himself updated about health and fitness knowhow. He's pretty dedicated and punctual, and guides well on diets too... very responsive and quite a patient listener so one feels comfortable expressing the ups and downs of training under him. He can be tough as a trainer, which is only a good thing if you have goals to reach. :)

He is an amazing fitness trainer. I wanted to lose the weight when I hired him as my personal fitness trainer. We used to workout in an anytime fitness gym. The sessions were held on the alternate days. He suggested me the cardio, weight exercises, aerobics and other exercises. He was very punctual and serious towards his work. He also provided me with the diet plan and guided me a lot.
