    I was getting back yoga after a long time and started taking classes from Kayika yoga. The team at Kaayikaa were quite prompt and help me schedule a trial soon enough. My husband was also joining in the classes but it was the first time he was doing yoga. The instructor had a slightly tough time trying to level with us both since he was a beginner and I was familiar but that got sorted over time. The overall knowledge and skill level of the instructor was quite high, he'd obviously been practising and teaching yoga for a long time. Overall it was great experience. Would recommend Kaayikaa to others as well.

    I have had 2 sessions with Rohit and I am greatly impressed with him. He pushes me to the right extent with the exercises he sets me being within my (meagre) physical ability but also outside my comfort zone and I come away with my muscles aching (pain is my friend) but with enough energy for rest of the day. He has a holistic approach giving suggestions for diet and rest and these suggestions are not aimed at improving my energy levels during the session (like a trainer I had a trial session with who recommended I drink a cup of strong black coffee before the session for the caffeine boost!) but rather aimed at my overall goal of fitness.
