    To fixing was good but behaviour and attitude was not good. And with out asking he putted some exchange ping and demanded 350 extra. But I hope in market it will be just 150. And while fixing RO, he broken one tap and given new one. But handingling new product and behaviour he need to change. I know after seeing this review also Urban will not take any action. It will need full for only Urban users. Take guys if he come asking him to fix everything gently. After discussion with then I think they realised what they did so need to have good service from them in future. I hope they realize what they did. So giving good rating and hope will not face any customer same behavior again. Thanks.
