Create this look using

• Light indigo blue eyeshadow
• Blue glitter
• Black and indigo colored eyeliner for the water line
• Highlighter
• Eye base

This is a simple look that you can recreate on your own as you need to play with just one eyeshadow color. Apply the eyeshadow on your eyelid using a flat brush after you have applied eye base or primer. Use the brush on your lower eye to create a smudge effect. Dab on some glitter using your index finger (or a brush whichever you find easier). Use highlighter below your brow line and on the inner corners of your eyes. Apply black liner in winged effect. Use the indigo liner on your waterline to complete the look.

Create this look using

• Nile blue color eyeshadow
• Light azure blue color eyeshadow
• Grey eyeliner
• Cobalt blue eye liner
• Highlighter
• Eye base

This look is also easy to recreate at home as you have to play with just colors. After you have applied eye base or primer, apply Nile blue eyeshadow on your eyelid. Blend it evenly while keeping it slightly smokey at the outer corner. Then, on the middle of your eyelid, apply eye base using a flat brush. Don’t spread this base, just dab the brush. Once you have done that, apply the second eyeshadow color on the base and blend it with blue just on the edges. The eyeliner technique here uses two colors – blue and grey. Apply the cobalt blue eyeliner on the first half (starting from the inner side) and complete it with grey eyeliner.

• Eyeliners: black and cobalt blue
• Nude or white eyeliner for the water line
• Highlighter
• Eye base or primer

This look might require a slightly more experienced hand, so if you are new to eye makeup, you may want someone else to do it for you. Start by applying the eye base evenly across your eyelids. Using a flat eyeshadow brush, apply teal eyeshadow starting from your lash line to mid-eyelid. Then apply blueberry colored eyeshadow and after that burnt orange. Blend them such that the lines are not visible but don’t overblend either! In the middle of your eyelid apply white eyeshadow and then blend it with teal color around it. Apply a thin black eyeliner and highlighter on brow bone. To complete the look, add white eyeshadow or highlighter on your inner corners.

This is a really simple one-color turquoise eye makeup look. Apply the turquoise  eyeshadow using a flat brush on the eyelid after layering it with eye primer. Blend it thoroughly, and then swoop the same brush under your eye to give a smoky, smudged effect. Apply the black eyeliner in the winged fashion and nude gel eyeliner on your waterline to complete the look. Highlight your brow bone and inner corners and you are all set. Call it aqua blue or turquoise eye makeup, this looks a winner.

From the end point of aqua color, using another brush, apply the berry shade n the outer corner of your eyes. Make sure that both aqua and berry shades are just till your crease line. Start by applying navy blue eyeshadow on the crease line and outer corner of the eye. Follow it up with royal blue color. Re-apply eye base, starting from your inner corner to the middle of your eye lid. Then apply, sky blue eyeshadow on the end of the eye base and blend it slightly with the royal blue application. Swoop golden glitter on the inner corner and loose turquoise  eyeshadow glitter after it, blending it with sky blue color, lightly. Using a thin flat brush apply silver eyeshadow on your inner eyelid, followed with peacock blue color on your middle eyelid and sapphire blue eyeshadow on your outer corner. Make sure the you blend the colors nicely on the intersection points. Apply eyeliner from one end to the other; you have the option to extend it in to a wing. On your under eyes, apply peacock blue after you have applied black kajal on your waterline. Apply highlighter on your inner corner and brow bone. Complete the look by applying mascara on your eyelashes.

Create this look using

• Eyeshadow colors: gold, parrot green, emerald green, deep teal, cobalt blue
• Gold eyeliner
• Highlighter
• Eye base

If you haven’t played with so many colors in one go, we recommend hiring a makeup artist to do it for you. The biggest risk in this look is overblending, which will leave you with panda eyes. Start from the outer corner by applying cobalt blue eyeshadow over the primer. Moving inwards, apply deep teal eyeshadow, followed by forest green and parrot green eyeshadows. Repeat this sequence of color application below the eye as well. On the inner corners, apply gold eyeshadow and lightly spread the color just below the brow bone. On the water line, apply gold colored eyeliner.

• Eyeshadow colors: light peach, black, sapphire (shimmer)
• Black eyeliner

Here’s another take on the blue smokey eyeshadow look that you can try. Start by light peach eyeshadow on the outer crease once you have applied the eye primer evenly on the eyelid. Next, take some black eyeshadow on a flat brush and apply across the eyelid below the peach shade. In the middle of the eyelid, apply eye base again. On this area, apply sapphire blue shimmer eyeshadow. On the inner corners of the eyes, use highlighter. Complete the look by applying black eyeliner on the upper lash line and water line.

Look 5: Classic Blue Smokey Eye Makeup

Create this look using

• Black and Blue Eyeshadow
• Black gel eyeliner
• Highlighter
• Mascara

Smokey eyes are always in. Whether it’s a day event or evening, you can easily don the look. Start by applying black gel eyeliner on your eyelids the same way you will apply it otherwise. Using a flat eyeshadow brush, blend black eyeshadow and the gel eyeliner. You will have to be slightly faster than usual as gel eyeliners have a tendency to dry up quickly. Take the black color up to your crease line but keep it below. Then using another brush, start applying blue eyeshadow and blend it outward, giving the impression on smoke. Reapply your black eyeliner in winged form and on your waterline. Apply blue eyeshadow under your eye and mascara on your eyelashes to get the final look.

Look 5: Midnight Blue Eyes

Create this look using

• Brown, black and sapphire blue eyeshadows
• Black gel eyeliner
• Golden glitter liquid eyeliner
• Highlighter
• Mascara
• Eye primer

This is slightly similar to a look described earlier, the only difference being this is more suited as an evening makeup look. The technique used is half cut crease. Form your crease line by applying a mix of black and brown eyeshadow and blend out the brown. Reapply eye base to one-third of the eyelid from the inner corner to the middle of the eyelid. On top of the eye base, apply sapphire blue eyeshadow. At the outer corner, apply black eyeshadow and blend it slightly with the blue color. Apply black eyeliner in winged style on your lash line and water line. On the crease line, apply golden glitter eyeliner, starting from the middle and merging it with the winged eyeliner. For the under eyes, smudge some blue eyeshadow and apply golden glitter eyeliner from the start to the middle of the lash line. Apply mascara and voila, you have completed the look for midnight blue eyes!
