The staff especially during the tea service was incredibly slow, frustrating and inept. 3. a) Water: We had asked specifically that they bring canisters of water and not those small plastic bottles because we wanted to minimize plastic waste. We discussed this during the meeting and were assured of the same. Yet on the day, we ended up with the plastic bottles. b) They did not deem it necessary to bring water for the snack and tea service. We ended up having to borrow water and empty canisters from the auditorium staff till the water bottle were brought hours later. They didn't even have clean glasses. Such incompetence is just not done. While the food might have been excellent, for 1,000 rupees a plate, the service and execution should have been top notch but were sadly lacking.About
