      I’ve been training with Babu Nataraj for almost 2 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training weekly 4 classes, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took I must be a glutton for punishment. Babu Nataraj is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder. throughout each session. I have even lost 4 kg of weight.I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out and would recommend Babu sir to anyone looking to improve their fitness. Remember i was a very lazy guy just like u. But now i am not. I would strongly recommend him to anyone serious about health and fitness

      I have been training with Mr. Ronald. His fitness program helped me to loose weight, gain strength and put on muscle mass. He is awesome coach who would push you to your limits at the same time ensuring it doesn't cause any injuries. He is very punctual and always be before time for the training sessions. He is focused, passionate and dedicated while taking the training sessions. Whoever, wants to get fit should definitely consider Mr. Ronald to be their mentor/coach.

      I have been training with ronald since September,2016 and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good, impactful workout. Ronald tries to motivate me to do more during my workout and has slowly built my resistance to do more intense workouts. He is flexible with adjusting to changing schedules and polite.       Sachin is no doubt a very good trainer. Although he is strict, but his strictness proves beneficial for his followers. In one month, he made me loose 5kgs and that too only thru telephonic instructions, since i do not stay at banglore. People who are really serious to loose weight...and to become fit from fat...Sachin is the best guide to that. Thank you Sachin and all d very best to you.

      Lohith not only has the skills and experience but also has the passion and understanding of what it takes to motivate and train a person towards getting great results. He has a vivacious nature and makes an effort to understand the trainee and customizes his approach accordingly. He is well mannered and courteous to women. Great results he brought for me, helping reduce 14 kg in 5 months. I also liked the fact that he takes out time for his own advanced trainings while training people all day long. As long as you are ready to do your bit, no need to think twice before hiring him. This will be money well spent on your health. You can thank me later.

      I joined the gym in Malleshpalya road because I wanted to learn martial arts, which I did with Prabakaran R as my trainer. I have been there for about a year now and I love it ! Every day he teaches me a different technique, and he is clearly passionate about what he does. He is very professional and is always working out and training people which doesn't allow him to talk too much. He is a karate master and has a lot of experience and knowledge about martial art, yet he's a down to earth , very humble and polite. I pay 3 thousand per month, for 3 times a week session. The sessions are one hour sessions but he is flexible and it can go on for 1.5 hours. To sum it up, my experience in martial arts is great thanks to Prabakaran, and I would say that its totally good value for money.
