He is excellent fitness trainer, very motivating, give his 100% on training but at the same time expect same from you and has wide knowledge of his field. There are lot more variation in his exercise and u love to do exercise (not boring). I have done wt training, kick boxing, stretching, mixed martial arts,yoga.
